Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Enjoy Some Yummy Healing Pumpkin OatsIMG_1465

Perfect warming food for a chilly, Autumn day.

Ingredients:

  • *1/2 Cup of Oats
  • *1/2 Cup of Almond Milk
  • *1/2 Cup of Pumpkin Puree
  • *1/4 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • *2 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • *Pinch of Cinnamon

Just soak the above ingredients in a jar overnight. In the morning, heat soaked mixture in a medium saucepan on low heat for 10 minutes, or until bubbling. Serve Warm. Enjoy this nourishing meal. ❤
