I believe in food. Quite simply food is the simplest form of medicine, nourishment, and it is essential for healing. Now, the kinds of food we choose to put in our bodies determine the level of nourishment and emotional healing that will occur. It is so easy to misuse food, but following these recipes and listening to your gut will always lead you to a healthier mindset. So, please peruse these wholesome Vegan recipes that aren’t perfect, but are foundational to my journey of healing, and I hope they can aid yours. Pick up a spoon and tuck in.
